thank you, laura. they are called pop ins. a local mom makes them from her home in elk grove. wendy aguilera with these healthy indulgences. reporter: well, good morning. it's the happiest day ever for
me because healthy and something that actually tastes good, it's a dream come true. i have laura here with us. now, we are in elk grove, and you make all these out of your kitchen? i do. i have 15 flavors.
they are poppins. they are an all-natural treat. the only thing you find in my kitchen, oats, dates, nuts, spices and pure extracts. reporter: that's awesome. this started with your daughter. she is here in this picture.
she is not 2 any more. she is 17 years old now. she is actually at work. that's why she couldn't join us this morning. how did she inspire you to make these poppins? she has had health issues. at one point we were trying to
do a holistic approach with her. part of that was whole foods. nothing processed. no artificial ingredients. all natural. i really like sugar and i really like chocolate even more.
reporter: i love sugar, too. 30 days of no additives, preservative, it was going to be tough. reporter: this is the answer. we have been able to try some of them. i have been dying to try the
lemon. i am going to try this lemon one over here. oh, wow. that's really good. so all of this made at home? yes. with our -- my daughter and i, we do different flavor profiles
and come up with -- a friend of mine didn't like chocolate but she loves nutella. hazelnut. reporter: this lemon one is so good. thanks. reporter: where can the viewers find your products?
at peel the juice bar on bicentennial, total body nutrition, and also online at delectables online dot-com. reporter: you have christmas flavors coming up. my personal favorite is red velvet. can you make something red
velvet so i don't have to feel guilty? i will definitely work on it. reporter: we will stay here enjoying these streets.
for now back to you. but we are having a good time here.
that's a great idea.
